2 Swipe Firefox disable

HI,
After restarting the PC, I lost the use of the horizontal swipe on Firefox to go back. Yet I can zoom in on the page and scroll. Is there a trick to solve this problem?
Thanks

How is your Firefox installed. i.e. was it Flatpak?

This is Zorin's native Firefox
I test Edge and firefox (flatpack) and i have the same issue.

Do you have a touch-screen or use an extension for the horizontal swipe?

It worked at the very beginning and suddenly disappeared.
I don't have an extension to install, nor a touch screen, but it still works on the Zorin's software list.
I know there have been updates to gnome in the meantime and I had to disable SecureBoot.

Yes, but until 17.1r2 Firefox was Flatpak, from 17.1r2 it was apt. Which do you have?

If problem suddenly happened, then maybe the result of a kernel update.
Have you tried rolling back to an earlier kernel, via grub "Additional Options for Zorin" menu item.

Ok, now I see, it was a feature in the past. It has been asked about it though.

By the way, if you feel it's hard to restore it or just want a temporary solution you can install an extension, I remember I saw an extension that could do right what you wanted to do.

That "About Firefox" screenshot does not help identify if Flatpak or apt source.
Check Software Store> Installed software shows if it is Flatpak or other source.

It's Apt source.
