I'm exciting to install the brand new Zorin OS 16. However, I would to know if it is possible the accent colors in the dark mode didn't invade all of this, like in the light mode.
Another issue, if it would be possible to have a dock like in gnome dock 40 or dash to dock implemented in SO. Thanks!
I'm not quite sure what your first questions means, But if you change the color in dark mode a little change is done in the color scheme.
It's possible to install dash to dock via gnome extensions site. Or install the light-weighted plank.

As you have Z16 Core Beta i.e. gnome DE, then you can also install "Gnome Tweaks" which provides some extra customisation tools.
