This is mostly happening in Chrome, and they seem to have removed the flag to disable pinch to zoom. I would like to remove the two finger zoom gesture entirely however, is there a way to do that in Zorin. Framework 16, brand new install of Zorin Pro.
You could try to add the chrome extension "Zoom block". Perhaps it helps.
Did you enable this setting ... Settings-> Accessibility-> Zoom ? Or is it a Chrome specific problem?
No, I did not enable the accessibility.
Edit. Extension doesnt work, so still looking for a solution.

Did You take a Look in the Settings for the Touchpad Gestures?
Navigate to, Zorin 
start menu, click on "settings," "Mouse & Touchpad". 
These are your available settings for your Touchpad.
I did. Wondering if I can install Touche or similar to give me the functionality I would like.
I mean, You could try it. If it shouldn't work, You can uninstall it again.
I switched to X11. No more issues. Thanks for the suggestions.
