Add contacts from murena.io

Hi there! I can add my murena.io account in the "online accounts" section of the settings (as a IMAP/SMTP account), but none of its calendars and none of the contacts show up.
Is there a separat CardDAV plugin or whatever that is needed for this type of account?

Just checked again, according to Link Murena Workspace on Ubuntu this should work using the nextcloud type of account, however I only get Code: 503 unexpected response. The login with the same credentials works online and in Android, so it does not seem to be an issue with the murena-server being down.

Hmm ... do You have correctly filled the Entries? Maybe You had a wrong Type on the Password. And did You typed the @murena.io on Your Username?

It's all copy and paste from the password manager and if I create the same account in Thunderbird it all works, connects and synchronizes e-mails, contacts and calendars. So it looks like a problem on the Zorin-Ubuntu-end to me.

EDIT: Or it is still an issue after the service-outage from Murena?

Hmm ... You could check if You have this Behavior on Ubuntu directly. You could try it on Ubuntu 22.04 and on 24.04. Maybe it could be a Gnome Thing, too.

500 error codes mean an internal error on the server side. Meaning, you didn't do anything wrong and there's something that Murena should look into. Please reach out to them and ask them about this.

ook, thx. I posted on the Murena-Forum to see what they say.

Did you ever get a reply back? I searched "Zorin" on the community but am not seeing anything. I also noticed this happens if using Pop OS too. Ubuntu, Fedora, Endeavour are all fine. Not sure what the issue is...

Nope, I did finally not post it because there were so many entries regarding the recent outage that I assumed it was linked to this. But it still does not work :frowning:

I ended up having the functionality that I need since I use Evolution as my email client - I simply added the Calendar, Address Book and Tasks via Evolution directly, and they work just fine. As for the drive, I simply found the URL and connected Nautilus to it that way. So it's basically what the Online Account program does, but not in one place. Inconvenient, but still effective.
