You could use a gnome extension for that. First install gnome-extension-manager, then open it and browse for the extension and click on install. Here are some that work with Zorin 17 and 18. For Zorin 17 choose shell version 43, for Zorin 18 shell version 46.
Often you can make settings for the extension in the extension manager by clicking on the cog wheal.
