I must sayed PCLinuxOS don't have "fat" windows. I installing now. Will testing and check if this better.
I liked GUI designed.
Have usefull software installed.
Have on desktop guide how to installing PCLinuxOS step by step.
Very nice UI installation and very nice guide installation with a video how to do that partition manually.
That is very usefull for people who want start beginning with linux journey.
This is something what is missing on ZorinOS if this is beginning distribution.
Some people have diffrent language but with video all have the same things when installing.
It is good to testing something new.

Another lightweight OS using stripped down KDE is Q4OS with the look and feel of XP.

I've heard that it shouldn't be so good because of Performance but I never tried it by myself.
To add one: Spiral Linux has a xfce Version.
I installing nvidia gpu and monitor start flickering,blinking.
Then I changed linux to another distribution GhostBSD and everything working OOB without flickering or blinking monitor.
I must sayed Devuan is Rock and Solid.
That is speed and opening anything and loading a games.
