this annoying logo appears sometimes and it disapears
what it means and how can I disable it ?
Are you referring to Black Square with the "No" Icon in it?
Or the popup for Free Download Manager?

i know you're being serious but that's hilarious 
It's my own fault. I move too quickly. I only noticed the Free Download Manager pop up at first.
It was not until after I posted that I saw the "no" icon (that is a product of Gnome-Shell) and I had to edit in the question.
How can I remove it ?
You may find some clues here...
