Another taskbar just appeared out of nowhere, and i don't know how to remove it

What version of Zorin are you running, Core or Lite? At first glance it would appear you have selected classic Gnome layout in Appearance settings.

Check your Extensions - looks like 'Window List' is enabled, or was enabled somehow.

I remember this happening to me when I was playing around with themes once haha I'm sure with a little bit of tweaking, it might look like classic Ubuntu with two taskbars :wink:
