Hi to all.
I am returning to a topic I raised previously regarding my Apple Bluetooth Mouse. It is an old version that requires battery replacements. I was hoping with the release of 18.1 and the updated kernel there would be additional support for this device. Whilst I can connect to Bluetooth the mouse is intermittently non-responsive for example closing windows. I have attached a link to my original post.
Apple Bluetooth Mouse
Has anyone had experience using an apple mouse with Zorin 18? I have been using a Logitech mouse with a USB receiver without any issues. Any assistance would be much appreciated. Best regards
Does Your System run in Wayland or X11? You can check that with the Terminal Command echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
When it should run in Wayland, You could try it with switching to X11/Xorg. To do that, go to the Login Screen. Click there on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. When it is appeared, You should see in the bottom right Corner a Gear Icon. Click on it and choose the Option ''Zorin Desktop on Xorg'' and then log in.

Good afternoon @Ponce-De-Leon
Thank you for your very prompt response. I was running Wayland and switched to x org as you suggested. As the issue is intermittent it is too early to tell if this has fixed the issue. I will let you know once I have thoroughly tested.
Best regards.
