Hello,
I have installed one of my own tool on my machine in /opt/, then made a symlink in /usr/local/bin in order to be able to access it through a command which works fine.
I am now trying to make it available in my launcher. I configured a small .desktop file in my ~/.local/share/applications folder with the right parameters (since the application is launching). I also added a customized icon in the ~/.icons folder and it is well taken in consideration since the icon is showing up.
I have now a problem because I've added this application to my favorite list in my taskbar and when the application is being launched another icon is being created.
Is there a way to avoid this ?
