Artifacts while booting into Zorin OS 16 Lite

I cannot run Zorin OS 16 Lite on my old HP Pavilion All in one PC, coz of some artifacts appearing on the screen maybe bios isn't compatible or something like that, urgent help needed

1. Normal boot
   

   

2. Safe Graphics

Can you please post the output of either

inxi -G

or

sudo lshw -c video

Let's see if it is something with drivers /kernel...
