I installed Zorin OS with the intent of having a dual OS system. Zorin is sharing space with WIN11 Home Edition. Unfortunately, I messed up the installation and the only way that Zorin will boot is if I boot from the installation stick via bios when I start the computer.
When I did the installation, no option for dual boot was presented (likely because my xomputer has an SSD and HDD). This led to my misunderstanding how to install the boot files and where they needed to go.
At present, if I let the Computer boot normally, it defaults to Windows (because GRUB wasn't installed in the right place) and I would like to setup the Dual Boot to function as described. Can this be repaired? I've gone through a lot of different tutorials and descriptions that point toward boot-repair but I can't seem to get that to function. Please help

Are Secure Boot and Fast Boot in BIOS disabled? Is Fast Start-Up in Windows disabled? Is Your BIOS in UEFI or Legacy Mode? What Tool did You use the create the Bootstick?
You can start it from the Bootstick in Live Mode. Start the Bootstick and choose ''Try Zorin'' instead of ''Install Zorin''. then you come in the Live Mode. Look there for Boot Repair and let it run.
Otherwise look in Live Mode for GParted, open it and make some Pictures from the Partitions of Your Drives.
Also: You want create a Dual-Boot System. And You have 2 Drives. Do you want have Windows on one Drive and Zorin on the other or both on one Drive?
I intended for Zorin to be resident with Windows on the SSD while I determined if it worked for me. The idea being that I would just delete Windows when I was ready. I have managed to do the boot-repair but it didn't change anything. I think I switched to the wrong order in the bios.
