I recently got a Minisforum V3 tablet and installed Zorin onto it. A common issue on this tablet with linux is something to do with the physical volume controls not properly adjusting volume and instead only muting or unmuting.
When I understand tht right, You have to download the alsa-soft-mixer.conf File and put it in this Wireplumber Directory and then reboot.
To be honest, I don't know what Wireplumber is. Maybe You know that. It seems to be something related to Pipewire. It isn't preinstalled, yes. But it is available in the Repo's. So, You could install it with a sudo apt install wireplumber
If then this Path would exist, You could pack the .conf File like explained in it and reboot Your Machine.
You open Nautilus (File Manager) and there You show up hidden Files. click on the Menu Button beneath the min/max/close Button and choose the Option ''show Hidden Files'' (please don't be irritated by the Language on the Picture, my System is in german):
Hmm ... When You have now Wireplumber installed, You could try it with create the Folders by yourself. So, create a wireplumber Folder in the .config Folder and in this wireplumber Folder a wireplumber.conf.d Folder and in this Folder You pack the .conf File from the Github Page. Then make a Reboot and test if it works.
Still not fixing the issue it was intended to fix. Darn. I tried asking a question in the discord listed on this page, but none of the fixes given there helped.
