Battery and charging not recognized, but it charges

I have a problem after installing zorin on my lenovo ThinkPad t460s , I had replaced my batteries for new ones on windows , I have installed them when I had windows, now I have Zorin and they show 0% 0% and charging state as not charging

It have just magically started charging

What To Try First

Start with the battery reset (remove battery, hold power button for 10-15 seconds, reinstall). This solves the majority of these cases. If that doesn't work, try the BIOS reset next.

Now 1 battery is showing percentage , but the other one is most likely dead

Can't do that , I got my laptop from a dead person , they didn't give anyone supervisor password
