Bluetooth adapter not found

I have an old laptop (+10 years) which had working Bluetooth on Windows last time I tested it a few years ago. It won't work on Zorin, though I haven't tested any other distros.

The bluetooth adapter should be there (it's internal) but blueman gives an error saying no adapter's found. My issue is a lot like this one.

The following was under Network in the output of inxi -Faz.

Please post the outputs from lsusb and lspci

Nothing relevant (root hubs and webcam) is in the output of lsusb.

lspci:

Did a websearch using "Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 5100 AGN Ubuntu 20.04" found this, but no real solution except keep to WPA2 from router and no more.

Thanks, I've already downloaded the microcode but I'm not sure if I need it (or how to "install" it without compiling a custom kernel) since the wifi is working just fine.

I wonder if adding Blueman app may help. Blueman has been suggested to help solve Bluetooth issues before.
I don't need/use it myself, so others may have more to say about it.

Try

rfkill unblock wifi

Or

rfkill unblock all

@Michel Note wifi is OK, only Bluetooth not OK.

Oké, all i read is network/wifi. The AGN is NOT a bluetooth module someone said. Google gives me mixed results.

This is not surprising. Bluetooth is often combined into the Wifi Card (which makes sense to do).
But this does not mean it always is. This creates confusion as to whether or not it is there.
