Bluetooth error

ohh got it , yes power saving is disabled. imma turn it on.

it didnt work.

How many bluetooth devices do you have? If only One device, it may be that it is the problem and so bluetooth is not activating due to no detectable devices.

If you can borrow a known working device like a keyboard or speaker or ear buds from a friend, you may be able to test if other devices are recognized.

i tried connecting to other devices but still didnt work. i have tlp on this linux machine. is that causing the problem.

broo this is not a single problem, sometimes headset wouldnt connect and sometimes this problem occurs. Sometimes headset connects but still sound doesnt come from the headset.

Sorry, My English Is not so good.

You might need to use the iommu=off grub parameter.

What is the terminal output for

lsusb; dmesg | egrep -i 'blue|firm'

Successfully added the grub parameter

Wow, that is a bit more output than I expected. But everything there looks good with all modules initiated.
I admit, I am a bit surprised... I thought we would see a bunch of driver failures or something.

Have you run

sudo update-grub

and rebooted and tested your bluetooth since adding the parameter?

i suspended my pc for a while. when i again started the pc this happened

After resuming from suspend or sleep, what is the terminal output of:

rfkill list

You might try

sudo apt install --reinstall bluez

Reboot - suspend - Wake and test.

If still no good, check if laptop-mode-tools package is installed. If it is not installed, please do not install it.

You also might try adding at the end of your ~/.profile file the line

service bluetooth restart

to ensure it runs upon each login.

simply adding the add does not work at all. how to add?

I do not see it added in your screenshot... Did you paste the command at the bottom?

yes
i tried adding it but didnt work

what is that in the bottom right?

i tried to add the cmd but instead of working an error showed up which can seen in the bottom right of the attached screenshot.

That error is, I think, coincidental. It is alerting you that one of the repositories cannot be reached due to network error.
I am going to crosslink this here:

This marks the third thread I have seen so far mentioning this.
I think we might try alerting the ZorinGroup to this issue.

In the meantime, in terminal can you run

rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/*

sudo apt clean && sudo apt autoclean && sudo apt autoremove

sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade
