Just a side note on audio. As I understand it, Zorin 18 is supposed to be using Pipewire and not Pulse Audio.
Do you use HDMI for your monitor? Do you use onboard sound or separate card? In audio, GNU/Linux will prioritise HDMI over any other source, even if your monitor has no speakers. To resolve any audio clashes take a look at my tutorial (all of it) here:
