It is plain to see why the updated browser is showing this flaw.
IveBridge is rather aged and Browsers and the rather late kernel in use by default on Zorin OS 18 expect much newer GPU hardware.
Browsers aim to be responsive with GPU's and they pack in hardware acceleration, mesa/Vulkan demands, etc.
Some of which is not even present in the earlier Ivy Bridge Intel builds.
thats right browsers are not responsive for hardware
same issue
i suppose / new kernel is the bad wulf
no issue on my old thinkstation d30 with nvidia k5000 and 2x xeon E5-2630 c602 chipset , 64gb ram , not i915
CURRENTLY SWITCHED TO FIREFOX AND CHROME as workarround
try to check this in vm with zorin 18.1 pro and pro lite
not issue in firefox or chrome, and the both browsers dont use hardware acceleration
