Bug when trying to buy Zorin OS Pro

Hello. When I enter my mail in the purchase page, it just redirects refreshes my page. Is there any ways to fix it?

No, I don’t. I just installed new browser without any extensions and it still refreshes my page

Ok tested web page, all is working.
( i'm using FireFox)
Are you using a Zorin OS at the moment?
if on Windows i would suggest a system virus scan.
Also if your using a VPN, you may need to disable this.

Добрый день. Не получается скачать Zorin OS 16.2 Pro, процесс прекращается на пункте "Страна". Paddle.com не работает с Россией, возможно причина в этом. Есть ли варианты?
