Dash to dock: please use Synaptic to search for “dashtodock” (without quotes). Right click the single result that appears and Mark for Reinstallation and then click Apply. See if that fixes your problem.
Wine: please follow the instructions here
You can install many Windows programs in Zorin OS using the Windows App Support component (which uses Wine ). However, please note that not all Windows apps may be fully supported.
