Hace poco instale zorin OS pero no tengo acceso a mi camara, como puedo solucionar eso? , la pantalla no da imagen y desde otras apps dice que no esta la camara cuando funciona perfectamente. Es una dell latitude e7450

Abre una ventana de Terminal (solo tienes que escribir «Terminal» en la barra de búsqueda del menú y pulsar Intro).
A continuación, copia y pega el siguiente comando utilizando la opción «Copiar al portapapeles» situada en el extremo derecho del comando; ve a la ventana de Terminal, haz clic con el botón derecho del ratón y pega.
Después, publica los resultados de:
lsusb

I took a look at linux hardware for this camera, and it is shown there for ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 as detected, but there was no report that it is working on current distributions. Sorry, I don't know how to get this camera to work.
In Linux hardware there are three types of status, undetected, detected, works. What detected means is the Linux kernel recognises the device but there are no drivers available for it in the kernel. This is where the Linux kernel differs from Windows in that hardware drivers for windows users are reliant on the manufacturers of the hardware to provide the drivers. Such hardware vendors are not going to waste time developing drivers for the Linux kernel. I am afraid the only solution to your issue would be to purchase an external camera. I have a really old Logitech Camera that works so you could look at getting a Logitech camera or play safe and buy one that is known to work with Linux kernel:
