Is there a way to add a 2nd clock to the taskbar? Yes I have a 2nd time using world clocks but that requires a click to see the time, another way of asking might be, is there a way to add World Clocks to the taskbar?

Yes that did the trick, works perfectly ... I obtained it via the Gnome Extension Manager which I had done a search but didn't know what I was looking for. Brilliant, thanks @Forpli
