Can my PC runs zorin 18 core

ROM 500 HDD
Chip Intel core i5-4600u

These Specs should be enough. But what Graphics do You use? That could be a Point, too.

An easy first Way to check if it runs, would be to put Zorin on an USB stick and start the ''Try Zorin'' Mode to run it in Live Mode. Maybe the Performance isn't the best because it runs from a USB Stick but to get a first Impression it should be enough.

If that should convinve You then, You could install it the as Dual-Boot if Windows is still installed to see how it finally runs on Bare Metal.

The only Thing what I would suggest if possible is using an SSD instead of an HDD.

I think so, I've installed successfully in two computers with similar specs and haven't heard of any issues so far:

Although the graphics card mentioned by @Ponce-De-Leon is a good point to consider depending on your use case. If you play games or do anything that requires rendering and so on, that can be a problem.

Hard drives are also quite slow, compared to SSDs. Upgrading this single component is relatively cheap, and can make a massive difference in the performance.
