Can not print to HP4630 using zorin 17.1

Me too! I installed zorin 17.1 alongside the old version so I did not loose any data or programs I was using. The only issue I have is that when I start my computer I get a "grup" listing and a black screen. After I type "exit" the screen is gone and my pc boots as it should. So, where did the "grup" screen come from?

By the way, on a personal note I was wondering if you live in the midwest i.e. Missouri. I'm from California, Cardiff by the Sea and have been surfering for many years. I now live and am retired in North Florida. Anyways, Thanks for all your help. You got me into the terminal environment and I will venture into it more. Have a great day!
Cheers!

Hi, I think you meant GRUB. What happens when you update GRUB via the Terminal?

sudo update-grub

I don't live in the US. I have some cousins in the US and distant relations. I live in the steel city of Sheffield UK. (I did help a retired community nurse in Florida using Jitsi but could only use chat element to help her reinstall Windows 10 after she had been sold a dodgy hard drive.

I ran the suggested terminal update and got the following:

sam@sam-VivoBook-ASUSLaptop-X571LI-K571LI:~$ sudo update-grub

I'll see what happens when I start up next time. Thanks and have a great day! Cheers!
