NOTE:
Hold Off on the below post I wrote (I am wrapping it in a summary for now)

Here:
https://game-news24.com/2022/08/15/microsoft-fixes-critical-grub-secure-boot-vulnerability/

It looks like Linux intentionally blacklisted DBX Update 217 due to it Ireversably breaking Linux Systems.

Before using the summarized content below - Check the DBX Version you are trying to Update
Do Not Update if it is DBX217

Summary

The message says to ensure that grub and shim are up to date.
Can you check:

efibootmgr -v

to see if /boot/efi/EFI/Boot/shimx64.efi is listed by the above command in terminal?

If it is, you can either remove it:

sudo rm /boot/efi/EFI/Boot/shimx64.efi

Or Move it somewhere else in case you want to replace it: (I put Home/$USER/Downloads just as a convenient place):

sudo mv /boot/efi/EFI/Boot/shimx64.efi ~/Downloads

You Must then update grub

sudo update-grub

Then try update / upgrade of your package.
