I have recently moved across to Zorin 18.1 after using Windows for over 2 decades and wow it’s so great! Gone are the laggy issues plaguing Windows and loads of other things but one thing I haven’t figured out yet is, are you able to shutdown Zorin without logging in?
It is the usual security feature that you need to login to have access to the system, even for only shutdown the Zorin OS.
Have changed the category from Tutorials & Guides to General Help.

Yes, You can shutdown without log in. When You are on the Login Screen look at the upper right Corner where the Indicators are. Click on then and there You can find the Button.
