Can we install Zorin OS to an AI Laptop?

I need a New laptop. There is only One option for me... Asus Zenbook.

Can we install Zorin OS to Asus Zenbook with AI powered?

I don't see why not.

I guess you're talking about AI Powered ASUS Zenbook? The way i see it, copilot is installed with Windows itself. If you install Zorin, you won't have access to Copilot anymore. Unless they've implemented Copilot on a hardware level? Doubtful though.

Can i get the same performance?

Perhaps this post will help give you more info:

The downside is that the driver appears to be only available as a snap package. Why not get a Linux Laptop with Zorin Pro pre-installed? You would then be supporting both Linux hardware vendors and Zorin at the same time.

The Problem is not that it has AI Functions; that comes from Windows. And the NPU in the Processor isn't a Problem, too.

Waht could be an Issues is the Processor Model itself. It could be too new for the Kernel what Zorin OS is using. So, You would have to install a newer Kernel if this would be the Case.

Of course I would like to buy it but it is very difficult for us to buy something from outside the country.

I appreciate what you are saying. Since Brexit can't get Linux laptops made in Europe.
