Cannot change resolution

I just installed Zorin and i am a total noob with linux. I installed because windows is buggy.

After installation i cannot change my resolution and i am stuck at 1024*768.

But the monitor is 1080p. How can i change the resolution. Please help

Please go to Zorin Menu -> System Tools -> Software Updater -> Settings -> Additional Drivers and see if there are any drivers listed. If there are, please select one of them.

After trying to change to various “Additional Drivers” and restarting.

It worked and resolution went to 1080p after restart
