Neon was actually the first distro i ever used for more than a few days. I used it for about a year before i switched.
I don't know if things have changed, but the KDE devs don't 'recommend' Neon for normies. The only reason why i can think of is because it gets Plasma before anything else, so it can be a little unstable.
Well, the Dev's are not satisfied with it, too because of the Adjustments they have to do for offering this LTS Base with an up-to-date KDE Desktop. That is the Reason why KDE Linux is in Development.
It isn't directly recommend, yes. But it is usable. Another Option would be Fedora KDE. But this doesn't have a Debian/Ubuntu Base.
This dont work in 18 version, tried several times.. Got it installed by flatpack. but cant get it to stick to table or line, must go to downloads every time.

Dont work, my interface is different from this, i got 18. cant be found, moved changed, and i get fail messages as files not rcognized. Thanks for the advice. But it dont help me. All i need is a way to get a shortcut, as i already got it installed and tuned.Is there no other way than a complete reinstall?? This begin to remind me of w11 digusting traits..
I go to the Firefox download page, download the tarball for Linux x64, then extract it and then follow as per the video.
Ubuntu is the guilty party here, not Zorin.
I would remove the snap package of Firefox and start again.
But the choice is up to you.
Thanks, but, ive already done that, and it seem like the advice on mozillas pages isnt up to date, nor are the downloads, and all in all, it creates more confusion.
Tarball is exstracted, ff is working, but the icon isnt there, and no matter what ive tried, i do for now, 
have to start it from downloads.
When You are in the Firefox Site in gnome Software there is the Install/Uninstall Button. And under it is a Dropdown Menu what offers the Package formats. there You should have the Option of an APT Package. Did You tried that one?
Is that not the one that secretly redirects to Snap package of FF? or has that changed.

Zorin putted in an own Redirect. And that should add the Mozilla-own Repo and then install the Firefox .deb Version from that.
This is a pretty comprehensive set of instructions for completely removing Snap from an Ubuntu distro. I haven't tried it.
Just yet another case of Canonical running amuck. This is why I say, that they are like Microslop, just as I got rid of Windows, I wish that Canonical would stop ruining Linux, and corrupting it in their Microslop ways.
