Cant mount an NTFS hdd

Picture
I cant mount my hdd to linux. With a guide of random person in discord, i now can't open it. Before that, I can only read it. So how can i mount it?

See if installing the cifs.utils solves the issue:

My only other comment is if Windows is on a separate HDD and has had to be forced to shut down, no GNU/Linux will access that drive. If Windows was shut down cleanly, then Zorin should be able to access it.

Is your system configured for EFI boot? Are the disks formatted as GPT or MBR? Did you follow the Before You Install prior to installing Zorin?
