I have two storage , one of my ssd and one of my HDD . my os drive is SSD and others location is HDD. In other location I am trying to do paste or delete some file but there is not any otion like you see. now how to solve this ?

Gday @Taraldinn , Welcome to the forum.
Check in properties/permissions , & make sure they are set to " Create and Delete Files "
