Change my Home folder to new partition

I have a 240Gb SSD drive with a 500Mb fat32 EFI partition (sda1), a 16Gb fat32 SWAP partition (sda2) and a 150Gb ext4 / root partition (sda3). In the / root partition is my Home folder.

On the same system is a 1000Gb drive with one 500Gb ext4 partition (sdb1). I would like to make a Home partition on this disk without reinstalling Zorin. Would that be possible?

A screenshot of your Gparted partitions layout may aid understanding.
