  • Do You use built-in Speakers or external one's?
  • When You connect externalSpeakers or Headphones via Cable or wireless, do You get Sound?
  • Is maybe a Mute Switch on Your Device enabled?
  • Are Your Speakers listed in Settings>Audio?
  • Did You tried Pulse Audio Volume control? It is a Tool for set up Audio Output and Input. You can install it with sudo apt install pavucontrol

When I test left or right speaker I can see the cursor move in Puse Audio monitor but no sound
