I just installed the latest Collabora Office Desktop version. I run Zorin 18 Pro.
But it only works for about a day 
I click the icon. I see the first window from Collabora open - and then it disappears. The program won't load.
I then download it again via Software. Now the program works fine.
But the next day it doesn't anymore.
Is this related to Zorin or to Collabora?
Does anyone know? Thanks in advance.
Collabora Office is (I was told) the commercial arm of LibreOffice. LibreOffice uses the same file extensions so if you had been using Collabora Office before you can still read your Collabora files in LibreOffice just the same as someone migrating from OpenOffice.

The solution that @swarfendor437 has provided looks promising, if all your documents/work is on Collabora. However, if you're a new(ish) user of Zorin (or Linux in general), I'd suggest switching to OnlyOffice. It looks very much like the latest Microsoft Office versions and it's super user-friendly.
But once again, if you're already comfortable with Collabora, please go ahead with the solutions provided in this thread
Is it installed as Flatpak?
OnlyOffice looks too much like Office 365 for my liking. FreeOffice from SoftMaker is much more Desktop MS Office look-alike and was the only Office that created files that looked correct when I was in lockdown submitting files to work.
It is only available as a Flatpak in Software.
To install a different way is to install the 'Classic' version using their installation guide here:

oh yes yes, i also meant office 365, but i was thinking that "it looks like office 2021 and later, it might be better if i say MS office to reduce confusion". In my opinion, I do like the modern UI that OnlyOffice has, cuz I am a fan of the design language of MS Office 365, but I also get your point, cuz I've used MS Office 2013 and 2016 and I like it's design too and FreeOffice resembles it well.
In short, @soren_ladegaard, if you prefer a design like MS Office 2013 or 2016, you can go with FreeOffice or remain with Collabora. But if you prefer MS Office 365's design, then you can go with OnlyOffice.
Then this could be an Option to get an APT Package.

I have an Nvidia graphics chip in my 2018 HP Zbook 15 G4 Core i7. I switched from the generic driver to the Nvidia 580 driver. But that didn't solve the problem.
It turns out that Collabora Office works perfectly right after install. But if I do a reboot then programme stops working.
Regarding installing a dictionary.
I get the following error: Unable to locate package collaboraoffice-dict-en
I am new to Linux. How come that command doesn't work?

If you have an nvidia card you need to change from Wayland to Zorin on xorg at login. When you select your username at login, a cog appears lower right. Left click on it and choose Zorin on xorg. See if Collabora works better on that.
I'd also look at inatalling the classic version but remove what you have installed first.
I am already using "Zorin desktop" and not "Zorin on Wayland".
Zorin desktop is Wayland, it just does not say Wayland. You need Zorin on xorg.
In this case "Zorin Desktop" is Xorg.

I have an nvidia GT1030 and I never got that when I installed on hard drive - image was from a VM.

No, that is probably why, because I always found proprietary drivers detrimental to whatever nvidia card I had in all the years I used Zorin.
