Zenlake has some nice Features like I saw - especially the Zenlake Settings App is cool. It offers beside other Stuff a Kernel Management Tool. It is prepared for Snap and Flatpak but there are not installed by default. And Browser Choice is there, too.

You can use Zorin OS Lite with XFCE desktop if you are looking for a more lightweight distribution.
Zenlake OS also uses the Gnome desktop, and Gnome always needs more ressources than XFCE.

PCLOS Debian has an xfce .iso and all PCLOS Debian releases with different DE's have a MultiKernel Manager App (MKM) and biggest browser option of any distro out there. They even have a scaling app for the screen that ensures it sticks with every boot.
