Create shortcut for xampp control panel

hello i’m new on Zorin and i have install xampp control panel and i want to made a desktop to launch the app but it won’t works !!! i have try

nano Desktop/XAMPP.desktop

and

put in it

[Desktop Entry]
Version=1.0
Type=Application
Name=XAMPP
Comment=
Exec=sudo /opt/lampp/manager-linux-x64.run
Icon=/opt/lampp/htdocs/favicon.ico
Path=
Terminal=true
StartupNotify=false

but it won’t work !!

From that link: “It will not create icon on desktop, it will create a entry in applications search”
When you see Xampp in your applications, right click on its icon and select “Add to Desktop” - there will be shortcut on your desktop.
