I want to upload a pic for my profile avatar, it is .jpeg, it doesn't show in folder to upload. I am in GhostBSD now, is that a issue?

Do You mean the Profile for Your Zorin Account here? If You mean here for the Forum, click on the top right on Your Account and then:

I think the only issue is you have to make it a certain size. Use GIMP to re-scale your image to the correct dimensions and you should be good to go.
