You can try:
Portmaster by Safing. This is actually a much more comprehensive application firewall, and I've had troubles with it before because it takes over the network stack. It's been a minute since that, so maybe it has improved since then.
BitMeterOS seems like the simplest choice, and the closes to GlassWire for Windows. Unfortunately, the public repository was archived (meaning, not more updates) last year. It probably still works fine, though. I haven't tried it, but as long as you don't expect any new features nor bug fixes, so it's worth a try.
