I just notice that Deepin OS posted this on Facebook. It looks like you can separate the different parts of their panel.

Panel options have been somewhat limited on Deepin , nice to see improvement.

Well, back at Deepin OS 23 beta 1.
A lot of bugs have been squeezed and no crashes so far. It seems stable enough for me to use. Adding flatpak to Deepin as filling in the app store will come later. So if you want to try Deepin make sure to use flatpak as the repo is limited at current time.
