I want my PC to only wake up if I press the power button, but not if I press a button or move my mouse. Where do I find the settings for that? 
If it is an older machine it is likely that you have these options in the bios. So just disable it.
- Wake on keyboard
- Wake on USB
On newer machines, I believe you will have to create some script or make some more complex change to the settings.
