Hello everyone, why am I seeing the document scanner twice?

Yes, maybe a bug. Let's wait and see if the Zorin team fixes the error.
I was gonna say, probably because the scanner really wants you to use it. But yeah, a bug is more likely lol.
I'm honestly amazed that anyone still uses a scanner and printer these days. Ever since notebook computers & tablets became mainstreem, paperwork got severely reduced, banks stopped printing loan applications and statements, switched to digital signage, its a wonder anyone still uses it.
Back in my day, people were printing, like the art of printing was the funnest thing in the world, environment be dammed. Once film cameras lost relevancy due to digital replacement, scanners also kind of died with them.
I know its still a thing though, cause we do believe it or not, get posts on the board about scanner and printer drivers. Maybe people are digitizing their portfolio, who knows. What I can't get over, is HP's unrelenting need, for DRM on the ink cartridges.
