In past versions of Zorin OS, I recommended Sound Input/Output Chooser for this task. Sadly, that extension is no longer maintained or supported. While you are able to set the sound output in Zorin OS 18 settings & sound, I prefer a quicker way of doing this, and that is why (despite what Gnome dev's wish you to believe) is a necessary quality of life improvement.
Click the link bellow, which takes you to the Gnome-Look extension called. Quick Sound Switcher.
In the Download box, choose Gnome 46, as that is currently Zorin OS 18's Gnome version. Then simply click the install button to install it, now you have access to it, from your quick access control menu.
