Eduroam seems to be for login to get internet access at universities.
Do you have upgraded from Zorin 17 to 18? You could ask someone from the IT of your university.
Maybe it helps to clear the cache and reset the datas for the connection.
Have you tried installing the .deb package from GitHub? Flatpak does not have access to the system which might be causing the issue (guessing):
