Any opinions on this?
I use Ente Photos and Auth already and like it, so I am tempted to try this. But I am also hesitant...

Don't worry. The Developers mangled the install that would work on Zorin OS and unwisely set libwebkit2 as a hard binary dependency.
So, it won't install or run on Zorin OS 18.

It should on Zorin OS 17, though...

Thanks, even though I dont really have a clue why that is or what it means... Will that change so compatibility of Zorin 18 and Ensu might work?

You can download the appimage, right-click on it and select properties and then enable allow launching as program. Then doubleclick on the icon to launch the appimage.
The appimage works on Zorin 18.
