When Your System is up-to-date You should already have that Feature like @zenzen wrote. There came an Update that added the Feature:

New Customization Option in Nautilus

Hello Lady's and Gentlemen! I got an Update with an interesting new little Feature. I don't know if this comes from Ubuntu directly or from the Zorin Crew.
