Error: Wine Installation asks for insertion of a CDROM

I tried to follow the installation instructions for Wine:

  1. sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
  2. sudo mkdir -pm755 /etc/apt/keyrings
  3. sudo wget -O /etc/apt/keyrings/winehq-archive.key https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key
  4. sudo wget -NP /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/dists/focal/winehq-focal.sources
  5. sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable

On the last step: I get the message:
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] y
Media change: please insert the disc labeled
'Zorin-OS 16.3 Core 64bit'
in the drive '/cdrom/' and press [Enter]

What CDROM disk?

Recently, another user reported this same exact issue.
It should not be requesting the CDROM (Which would be the LiveUSB you installed Zorin with) in order to access APT.

What resolved his issue was reinstalling Zorin OS.

What a pain. I just got through reinstalling this morning. Is there a way of reinstalling without erasing all the apps and data?
