I have tried several 5e cables

any help would be appreciated

I have encountered this, as well. Tried Cat 6 cables - several. Then later, plugging in at a different port resolved the issue.
If a Cat 6 cable is not available to test, try using different ports. These are constricted by the cable, not the driver software, so it is usually a cable issue.

Maybe this is the Point.

I would say try a Cat7 Cable. I have one too and it works well.

Hi all thanks for your help
I use the internet for ordinary things I dont use it much

however

Its that my service provider gives me up to 250Mbits/s

and
my connection is is 100Mbits/s

I have checked router and my mtu is set at 1500 on router and nic

I also have a 5e cable twisted pairs
5e markings on cable

Your Provider can give You 250 and Your Connection is 100. So, do You have a Rate for the 250?
