Some parameters:

  • Processor: 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i5-13420H × 12
  • Graphical : Intel® Graphics (RPL-P)

Informations liées au logiciel :

  • Version du micrologiciel : MCCN38WW
  • Nom du système d’exploitation : Zorin OS 18 Core
  • Construction du système d’exploitation : (null)
  • Type de système d’exploitation : 64 bits
  • Système de fenêtrage : X11
  • Version du noyau : Linux 6.17.0-19-generic

Thank you for your help.

Have you tried booting a previous linux kernel version from the one that came with the update. I assume the update version is 6.17... wheras previous version was 6.14... (There have been numerous reports of problems with 6.17 kernel).
Restart your machine.
At the grub menu, select "Advanced Options fr Zorin"
then
Select a 6.14.. kernel generic version
boot with the 6.14 kernel and test effect.

Note that default kernel will remain as the latest version and that will be used next time you boot.

Agreed, how about when we boot up the PC, and we see that happy little grub menu, we gonna choose advanced options for Zorin OS, and were gonna load up some sweet 6.14 Kernel honey, to make everything smooth as sugar. :candy:
