Touchpad scroll speed is much too fast on my HP Omnibook using Zorin 18.1 Pro. Please add the ability to modify the scroll speed. Thanks.

When You go to Settings>Mouse and Touchpad do You haven't there an Option for Scroll Speed?
Until that feature will be available, you could try this if you are running on Wayland:
To install the tool enter in terminal
version="0.3.3"
curl -LO "https://github.com/daniel-g-carrasco/wayland-scroll-factor/releases/download/v${version}/wayland-scroll-factor_${version}-1_amd64.deb"
sudo apt install "./wayland-scroll-factor_${version}-1_amd64.deb"
After the installation you find it at start menu named "Wayland Scroll Factor". There you can make your settings and slow down the scroll speed.
I tested it today and it worked when I reduced the vertical scroll to <1, e.g. 0,2, enabled the slider for gnome preload and then logged out.
The .deb file is created at home directory (~). Save the file at a place where you find it if you want to uninstall the program.

It's a gnome problem. The issues has been open for 7 years already.
and
maybe they would fix in another 7 years but it's gnome, don't expect soon. GNOME is known for its "GNOME knows best" philosophy.
