ZorinOS is great at being easy to use. But, there is a feature that I really miss. Please add a button on the right click menu on zorin menu, that lets us remove something with one tap. PLEASE ZORIN TEAM.
It wouldn't be in the Start Menu, but there are 2 Gnome Extensions what add an ''Uninstall'' Option for the AppGrid:

That would be a really helpful option, especially for .deb packages that you’ve downloaded rather than obtained from the GNOME Software Store. These packages only appear in the Zorin menu or in the App grid, but not in the Software Center.
Users which use Zorin Lite don't have the app grid preinstalled. You can install an app grid in Zorin Lite but there are no extensions for it to add that removal/uninstall function.

This is where Plasma scores over Gnome which has this functionality.
In the meantime you could use Stacer for removing applications completely, and if you have used Gdebi to install a third party app you can use that to remove it.

Well if i understand the makings of Zorin OS 18 correctly...was made to be more User friendly to windows 10 users ...so the landing was softer and more fimilular to what they are used to IE: going into program files then hitting uninstall where here its software store installed then uninstalling to have the UI simular to windows but in linux format.....please correct me if im of course wrong.... 
On Windows OS, the standard package format is .exe. The vast majority of users use .exe just the same as the majority of debian users lean heavily toward .deb installer packages.
But, you can install other formats on Windows OS (other than .exe). I have done it a lot. And they will not show up in program files with an uninstall button.
Because of the standardizing and reliance on .exe in Windows OS, it appears easy.
In my ~/Downloads folder, I create a folder named Installs.
When I download a .deb package and install it with Gdebi (Or other), once installed I move that .deb package into the Installs folder.
Then, if I want to update that package or remove it, it is right there easy to find.
I can ls that directory to get a listing of all installed .deb packages that I downloaded, rather than obtained through a package manager.
